How to advertise a job vacancy

Register as a customer
Start with a normal VulaMart customer account. This gives you access to your account area and the next setup steps.
Register as a seller
We require job advertisers to register as sellers so we can verify who is posting vacancies. This adds an important layer of security and trust for job seekers.
Open My Account and go to My Job Listings
Once your seller setup is in place, go to My Account, open My Job Listings, and then choose Create a Job Listing.
Add as much detail as possible
A detailed listing performs better. Fill in the job title, descriptions, category, location, type of work, pay details, schedule, requirements, and anything else that helps the right applicants understand the opportunity quickly.
Choose a great image from the gallery
Do not forget to select a strong image for the job by clicking the image icon at the top of the listing editor. A good image makes the listing feel more real, more professional, and more clickable.
Use AI if you want smarter screening
You can enable AI features so Aimee helps with applicant matching and, if you choose, initial interviews. This is especially useful when you want to save time and screen applicants more consistently.
Activate the listing
When the listing looks good, activate it. Activation includes a small payment, and only after that payment is completed will the listing become available to everyone on the site.
